Home at last!

Well, it's weird being home after 49 days of moving from town to town! It's strange to cook, bake, clean, unpack without having to pack again, and even drive again! Harvey had to have surgery while we were gone... he's still recovering from a badly absessed tooth and he had 6 skin growths removed... he's still not acting totally normal yet... poor thing! Jake is doing great! He was so happy to see us! Things are slowly getting back to normal... it'll just take a little time for us to get into out routine! It's great to be in our own home though... our clean sheets.... warm and cozy... I can have warm tea with real cream anytime I want! It's the little things you miss.... and it's nice to have your evenings off!

I'll add some more photos later when I get settled and things calm down a bit.

The difference between men and women...

Boys go drinking...

Girls go shopping!

Last Tuesday on tour!

We saw our past bus driver-Phil! He was my bus driver on the 2003 and 2005 tours. Really nice guy. I got to meet his wife, who was lovely. This first picture is me and Phil!

I found a Wendy's wig and got Sam to model it for me... I got some cute ones of Lauren too... Here's Sam.

John Jenkins came to our concert last night and then to our pizza party at the hotel. I replaced John in the sax section when he decided to move on to bigger and better things. It was nice to meet his wife, too. She's very nice and very stylish. Here's a photo of Irv, John, and me.... had to have the sax section together.

Haven't written for a while...

This is our last Monday on tour! YIPPEEEE!!!! We only have to move our stuff to 2 more hotels! I'm happy to have a fast free connection to the internet today.... Creativity is waning.

Here are some photos... this first picture is of Drum Major Wolf at one of our concerts.

This next is of Ellen, backstage at Eastman.... she just looked cool.

Jeff Strouf was nice enough to buy us girls some really beautiful bling and we've had fun wearing it to parties and concerts!

Tour is fun...

Here are some fun photos of us having fun on tour...and one of me on Halloween.... I guess I forgot to brush my teeth!

Karen's parents came out!

Karen's parents came to hear a couple of concerts. They saw us play in Wenham and Yarmouth, MA. They'll be coming out again in PA. I was lucky enough to go out to dinner with them at 99 in Braintree.... what's up with that name? As Eric (Karen's hubby) would say "That's like Liverbush!" I wonder, how did that name come about? The first ones to live there were a lot of smart people who liked to plant trees? Hmmmmmmmm.
